CV Burn

Cardio with purpose — push your limits with a powerful mix of Assault Bike, Row-Erg, Ski-Erg, and bodyweight moves.

This class is designed to torch calories, build endurance, and leave you feeling unstoppable.

  • Max 12 per class for plenty of coaching and space.
  • All levels welcome — work at your pace, chase your goals.

Small Group Training (SGPT)

All the benefits of personal training, delivered in a small group format (max 8 people). Expect expert coaching, individualised programming, and a powerful atmosphere to help you get stronger, fitter and more confident.

Circuits 

A full-body, high-intensity class that blends resistance training and cardio. Perfect for burning fat, building lean muscle, and improving fitness in a fun group environment.

Build & Burn

Lower body power meets core control. This focused 45-minute class blends strength-based movements targeting glutes, legs, and hips with functional core training to sculpt, strengthen, and build serious endurance. It’s the perfect session to tone up, boost your metabolism, and finish with a core burn that lasts.

BT Blast

Lower-body power meets core strength — this targeted class blends glute-focused resistance training with high-energy core work for maximum tone and endurance.

Perfect for those who want to build lean muscle and tighten up from the waist down.
