Welcome to the arena. Colosseum is designed for those ready to push the limits. Blending resistance training with FTP-based cardio intervals, this class challenges both muscular endurance and total output. You’ll move through strength-based stations and high-intensity efforts on the Ski Erg, Rower, and Assault Bike.

Conditioning

Conditioning is your entry point to building a stronger engine. Using an FTP-based approach to cardio, this class suits all fitness levels. You’ll do manageable but effective intervals using the Assault Bike, Rower, Ski Erg, and more.
